Obra Social Caixa Sabadell
The “Fiesta de la Primavera” (“Spring Festival”) is a festival organised by Caixa Sabadell’s Community Projects division (now Unnim Community Projects), a family celebration with a range of activities for people of all ages hosted in a privileged setting: Can Deu, a rural farmhouse located in Sabadell. In 2010, the activity was based around flowers, so we designed a poster using lettering, a discipline that lies midway between typography, calligraphy and illustration. Our idea was to draw a plant with chamomile flowers spelling out the title “13a Festa de la Primavera” (“13th Spring Festival”).
